portions you eat. Smaller portions - less amount of calories.

Second tip on weight loss: Drink only those drinks which is sugar-free. I
always drink water then i eat. You are getting huge amounts of
calories then you drin soda, juice, and other drinks.

Third tip on weight loss: Take your time when your eating. That helps because
human brains recognize how much is in your stomach in 20 - 30
minutes.

Fourth tip on weight loss: Eat lest but more often. It is better to eat small
amounts of vegetables like ten times a day, then to eat huge
amount of meat one time a day.It will help you to reduce
calories.

And the final tip on weight loss: Do not eat junk fast food, junk food or
other similar produtcs.
